Leonids 2004, 2nd circular

This result based on 9 observers, 23.64 hours and 204 Leonids, it could be the final version. Compare with IMC 3rd, we could find the rate are quite similar. r=2 used.

Perseids 2004, 3th circular

This analysis based on 18 observers, 26.52 hours and 636 Perseids. I was more district at selecting data for the analysis, so some data are out these time, but the result is more fairy I think. r=2, and I wouldn't use the data if there wasn't three observers in a period, or C>10. Beijing Time (GMT+8) used.

Many new observers joining our team this time, I
recive 20 reports from 17 observers this time, and the
reports can nearly cover the nights of 11, 12 and 13.
Unfortunately the weather was not good in most part of
China when the rev-1 peak occured.

Geminids 2003

According to the observations from other countries, we are able to find out there are two peaks in Geminids 2003, at 14th 2h and 15th 2-5h (Beijing Standard Time, GMT+8h).
